Self-awareness is the first act. Through observation, character study, and scene work, students learn to watch the world closely, name what they feel, and say it with precision — the foundation of every emotionally intelligent human.
Empathy is rehearsed, not preached. Standing inside another person's life — their status, fears, and wants — builds perspective, emotional regulation, and the ensemble trust to hold your own steady while making room for everyone else.
Expression is agency. From first workshop to full production, every participant takes the stage, speaks, and is seen — turning confidence from a personality trait into a practised, repeatable skill that belongs to all.
Theatre is the most reliable technology we have for teaching human beings to understand themselves and each other. The T.E.A Programme turns fifteen years of that work into a syllabus — building emotional intelligence in schools, colleges, and corporate teams. And the final exam is a full house.
Theatre director, educator, actor, and writer — fifteen years across stage, film, and the classroom. The work rests on a single conviction: put a human being inside a play, and they walk out knowing themselves better.
Training began in Method Acting at The Jeff Goldberg Studio, then deepened over years with the legendary Ekjute Theatre Group under Nadira Zaheer Babbar — hundreds of productions across India, and every dimension of the stage learned from the inside: direction, light design, sound, costume, and logistics.
The T.E.A Programme — THINK. EVOLVE. ACT followed in 2022: a theatre syllabus that builds emotional intelligence. Self-awareness, empathy, expression, trained the way theatre has always trained them — on a real stage, in front of a real audience.
The work now ranges from original school musicals to corporate leadership workshops and assistant direction on feature films. The Programme travels to schools, colleges, and corporate teams, and the mission holds at every level: use theatre to help people find their voice.
